About Forever Heroes
Our Story
Honoring Forever Heroes is a non-profit organization founded by Kimberly Hughes in 2024. The organization is dedicated to advocating for American Veterans, First Responders, and their families. It was created in honor of Army Major Gary Hughes, who passed away in 2018 from cancer caused by toxic air from burn pits overseas. Kimberly fought for his service to be recognized and helped pass the largest Veteran healthcare and bill in American history - The PACT Act
GOD BLESS AMERICA!

Our belief is that all first responders and their families can receive the support they deserve, can find hope for their future, and can inspire positive change in their communities.
Our Mission
We are on a mission to provide unwavering support and resources to the families of the fallen, promoting excellence through teaching, research, creative activity, and public engagement, inspiring others to pass on their values to the next generation and the community at large

Our Vision
Our vision is to create a world where the sacrifices of US veterans and first responders are recognized, their families are honored, and their legacies are celebrated.
Honoring Forever Heroes was established in 2024 to enhance civic responsibility. The organization hosts fundraising events and sponsors local groups in Tennessee, Pennsylvania, and Illinois. Kimberly the widow of Gary Hughes and the HFH board of directors are dedicated to giving and assisting the families of our first responders, just as Gary and so many others have always enjoyed doing... Moving forward and paying it forward.
